With this app, you can receive alerts for delays, fire, extreme weather conditions, unrest or terror attacks in your destination country via Direct Push Notification or SMS. ERV Travel & Care also provides safety and travel advice with local emergency numbers, ensuring that you can always reach the emergency centre with just a call away.
In addition, the app offers a list of hospitals, pharmacies, consulates, or police in your area with directions. It labels reliable and trusted medical facilities for you, and for insurance holders of ERGO Reiseversicherung, treatment costs are paid for in partner hospitals without advance payments. ERV Travel & Care also has a document safe feature where you can keep all your documents such as your passport, travel documents, vaccination pass, or insurance documents safe. The app also includes a translator for medications and currency calculator. Lastly, policyholders can report damages using the app and upload doctor's bills while abroad to get their money back within 2 days.
